DIABLO REGIONAL ARTS ASSOCIATION
Diablo Regional Arts Association of Walnut Creek wanted a mobile application developed to allow people to more easily buy tickets for the Dean Lesher Performing Arts Center. The main focuses of the app were to be able to purchase tickets for events, receive a discount to select restaurants on the same day as the event, and advertise the education opportunities at the center.
OVERVIEW
DRAA, the fundraising partner of the Lesher Center for the Arts, invests in artistic excellence, and creates avenues for everyone to experience the arts.
Jazz performances by world-renowned musicians. cutting edge theatre, professional ballet, outdoor concerts, celebrity keynote speakers, exciting gallery exhibits and more, guarantee unforgettable experiences for the whole family, no matter what tickles your fancy.

RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS
REDEEM DISCOUNT
The idea is for the customer to show the waiter or waitress at the restaurant advertised their ticket confirmation before they pay and that will result in the discounted meal. We purposely picked restaurants that are walking distance to the Lesher Center and parking garage in hopes it will make it more convenient for people.
EDUCATION AND OUTREACH
Another very important feature of the app was to include the education and outreach features that the DRAA offers. There are study guides, performances, and other activities that are offered for children as after-school activities.
